BlogOverdrive is not posting the entire article, only the first hundred words or so. Why?
BlogOverdrive will post the entire RSS feed (not the article) which may only contain a summary of the article or the first 100-200 words because most RSS feed publishers will only post a portion of the article in an RSS feed.
You can test this by going to Google News and entering one of your keywords in the news search area. Then go to the bottom of the page and select the RSS Icon . The page you see is the page BlogOverdrive utilizes to post to your blog. Since Google and most other RSS publishers only provide a summary, that is all BlogOverdrive can use. However for SEO purposes, this will significantly help your rankings.
Is there a way to get around the fact the posting is only a summary?
It is generally accepted that the optimal word count of SEO articles is 350 to 500 words. So to work around this issue, most users will post 2 to 4 results every time BlogOverdrive posts to their blog, thus increasing the word count to the SEO optimal level. In addition, with BlogOverdrive you are able to add custom text before and/or after each posting using the keyword token replacement feature to add more relevant content and increase word count.
People will not want to read that page. So why should I use BlogOverdrive?
Remember, BlogOverdrive is generating keyword targeted content or "food for the search engines" not articles for people to read. Think of BlogOverdrive as another one of your SEO tools to increase your websites rankings.
