Calendar Import or sync with other calendars?Quote: Originally Posted by Jerry (Post 1350844)From Outlook or Google calendar into vBulletin or visa versa ? After my initial post in this thread I spend 2 days searching for a nice web based callendar for my community. I still haven’t found one and hope that VB will come up with a solution or there might be a plugin for it eventually. I also played with Google calendar and its web-publishing and rss subscription features only not to like it 100% and sit back and keep waiting (web sharing under google). VB 3.6.6 now did some improvements in the calendar by implementing the ajax date-chooser. Thats nice and gives me hope that calendar is not totally overlooked by the team. Take 2-3 hours and explore the google calendar in depth. Start sharing it. Start to implement feeds into it and see how awesome it is for google users. See how big the community is. I now overlay “Bundeliga” and “WRC” events and results over my personal calendar. It took me 1 minute to do and I have no idea who is providing the content. I want to offer content to my VB community the same way. Please give us that experience for VB and make it talk to google calendar and/or other open standards.
