Permira eyeing up Britvic – reportLONDON (Thomson Financial) – Private equity firm Permira is considering making another move on soft drinks maker Britvic after having a number of informal approaches rebuffed according to the Telegraph. Britvic refused the private equity firm access to its books earlier this year arguing that the company was performing well and was on track to create long-term value for investors said the paper.
