If you are still questioning yourself; “to blog or not to blog”, it is also time to ask yourself a very important question – “could your online business be doing better?” If the answer to this question is “yes”, then, this definitely answers the question. Using blog content has proven to be a big bore marketing tool, but the big problem is, it is also a big bore writing blogs too.

This is a very time consuming project; content needs to be updated every day, and if you have heard that as a marketing tool the blog is overrated, this type of statement is only put out by marketers who are more than likely your competitors. The unassuming blog is not going to die an ignominious death any time soon, it is not overrated, and it does provide immense commercial exposure to a largely targeted market. There is tons of evidence online, of huge success in business from the use of simple blog content tactics.

It has become essential for bloggers to keep content fresh and informative because search engine algorithms demand this. They are seeking out organic content, so, the better the information in the blog comes across, essentially, the more attention it attracts. The more attention it receives from search engines, the more attention it automatically receives from potentially targeted visitors. The raw power of a good blog which is kept eternally fresh can never be underestimated.

The online marketer is by the nature of the expanse of the internet, exposed to a global marketplace – it’s like shopping without borders. So, there are millions of websites on the WWW! For your little website to be noticed amongst millions, it has to be made noticeable; good blog content is one of the cheapest and most efficient ways of bringing your product to the attention of the world. Maximizing the potential of this exposure makes both good commercial and financial sense.

Keeping content fresh and useful is huge bore for many weblog originators, but has proven to be a marketing maniac. It is like using a very large gun to fire at a very large target – nuclear marketing war if you like, so, the effort has to be made. To help the marketer split the blogging atom, automated content can be used to save both time and money as well as beef up exposure. This is perhaps fodder for another article, but will give you food for thought in the meantime.

Remember the more blogs you have on the WWW, the more commercial exposure this means, but only at considerable time and expense. Management can become a headache without any help from outside agencies, but continuity can be maintained with the right help and there are various options available.

Most blog originators who have come to the conclusion that blogging really works as an essential marketing tool, are also the originators of more than one weblog. They may have five or even ten blogs running, and by now they also know that they need seriously structured help to keep up the momentum of adding new and fresh content on a daily basis. These are commercial blog administrators who manage multiple sites, and they don’t have a great deal of time on their hands left for anything else. In fact they may not even have sufficient time to manage this existing business.

Multiple blog management means pressure on time and pocket-book, when daily updates can actually be managed by automate content software applications. Short of paying for writers, using up valuable time, and having 3rd parties access a blog; automated content is a brilliant as well as highly flexible, single option for multiple sites.

Automate content generators update blog material with RSS fed facts. They do this with little input from the blog manager or administrator. This content is kept up-to-date in terms of user-defined, set key-word parameters, which makes it an immensely flexible tool that has proven to be convenient as well as user friendly. Because of these predefined keyword settings, the blog manager can rest assured that any content posted will hit the marketing sweet-spot in terms of targeted audience, back links, and other Search Engine compliant features.

There are various choices of software available, none of it needs to be locally installed and is managed with an internet connection, from anywhere at any time. Not every marketing budget has the same depth of pocket, so there are various service levels to choose from, and even free accounts are available within certain products. Take BlogOverdrive for example; the free account allows for 60 posts. Anything for free is a bargain – you get to try before you buy and upgrading is a breeze.

A stale blog is a dead blog and just like most things that die, it is virtually impossible to resuscitate them. They have to be fed every day and can honestly turn out to be like the plant in A Little Shop of Horrors. Despite the fact that blogs are brilliant marketing tools, writing material is tedious exercise to say the least, and SEO writers can be expensive as well as horrors to use.

To stop your blog from fading like last weeks flowers; automate content and make it possible to spend at some time away from your business, while your dream continues to thrive. This software will lighten the load and make a very welcome addition to business and management tools. As brilliant as blogs may be, they also have the potential of becoming a logistic nightmare.

There is an ever increasing following of dedicated devotees to the SEO blogging software Gods. There is a very good reason for this; this software has lightened the load considerably for blog administrators, managers and/or owners, who are compelled to set pen to paper, or should we say ‘finger to keyboard’ on their own behalves. But, should they type till their fingers bleed? It is not easy load to carry when a blog becomes successful and demands to be fed every day. The load becomes even worse, when in a burst of unrestrained enthusiasm and fervor for success, the blog owner originates more and more of these successes.

There are two choices left at the ‘bleeding fingers’ juncture – keep the blogs fed to keep them alive, or allow them to die a quiet but very painful death. No originator of anything, enjoys watching it die. This is where – adorned in a virtual white outfit, with the signature red-cross adorning its breast, the Florence Nightingale of bloggers comes to the rescue. SEO blogging software has become the saving grace, or ‘Florence’ if you prefer; of the bleeding-blog injury.

Acting like a literary Florence Nightingale against blogging bruises, bleeding, broken bones, and yes, even bleeding hearts, SEO blogging software, is flexible, easy to use, convenient, and comes in varying priced packages. It offers customizable features and most of its devotees swear by its application – actually most of them were swearing before they applied the software, now they simply swear by it.

Blogging manually is quite honestly a pain in the ass (say nothing of the typing finger[s]), no matter how well it works. Owners are left at the mercy of untrustworthy or temperamental writers if they can’t write themselves. But then there is very little one can expect in respect of 10 x $2 300 word articles written every day, twice a day. Even the most enthusiastic copywriter struggles to maintain continuity with working conditions like these. The little darlings simply fade away and die, and we are not referring to the blog. Blogging software never gets bored and does not complain about the salary.

Blogging material has to be kept up-to-date, interesting and attractive to keep attracting the right audience. To get excellent writing, this costs an arm and a leg, and our nurse is not trained to deal with amputees. If writing is not your forte, there is no way you can blog yourself. However, as far as online marketing tools go, it really is something that has grown from a social function, into an entity for which there are very few tools available today to measure its success. We simply have to face the fact that blogging is successful, and get on with the job as best as we can – SEO Blogging software gets this job done.

By Kenneth Middleton

It is a very necessary evil for websites and blogs today to be search engine optimized, as well as be the recipients of regularly updated content. In most instances, it is also necessary to have more than one site and or blogs to keep the marketing momentum moving, and this means even more regular content updates. Website content software is proving its worth and reliability more these days, essentially transforming the blueprint for online marketing.

Site owners put items up at their websites for one reason only – to make information public; whatever the reason for this might be – usually to establish relationships with people (the customer). The reason more often than not is as a marketing or product information tool. The site owner wants the information to be noticed, otherwise why go to all the trouble of paying for a domain name and designing a site? Marketing is an essential business tool, both online and off, and no business can start, survive or thrive without a marketing model.

People who are looking for products or information, use search engines all of the time, and one of the ways in which websites get noticed, is by regularly changing and providing informative content – the greatest preference is for daily updates. Both blogs and websites use popular keywords within the content they provide, and this is what also catches the public eye, as well as that of the search engines. If content is managed in the correct way, it garners even more attention, and therefore a higher ranking. At this point in time it is important to note; while search engine ranking is important relatively speaking – we also have to remember that people do the buying.

Website content software understands what search engines are seeking, and automates content for sites, making sure it changes regularly and more importantly – relevantly. This draws targeted traffic to a site which means attention for a product or service. The software automates all the drudge work, so if you are short of drudges on your team, as many of us are – it’s not easy to get our hands on slaves these days for some or other reason – the software takes care of it all.

Track-back features make it easy to pick up valuable links, and by pre-determining keywords and other variables, the software collects useful information for more easily generated content. This software is also useful for automating blog content and even posting it; it has no local latency, so can be accessed from any internet equipped site.

Good website content rules, while the old fashioned, key-word stuffing type SEO drools. It is up to you to decide if you want to be an online marketing drooler or a ruler. You could be either or, in a very short period of time.

By Kenneth Middleton

While it is unlikely that the cactus plant on your computer-stand will make you money – you need more than one cactus to make Tequila, according to a wise old Mexican folk-tale. Plants and blogs are rather similar in nature, if you don’t take care of them, they will both wither and die, although both can make you money if you at them from the right angle. It takes a lot to kill a cactus, but it will eventually die if it is sufficiently neglected, and so will your blog. Only probably much faster, and the death of your blog will likely be more painful and more sadly mourned.

How to Avoid Your Marketing Efforts Ending-up in the Blog Burial Ground

Why not consider the fact that you can automate blog content to keep away the blues? Manual blogging can be tedious for the budding entrepreneur, and at best if you cannot do it yourself, you will have to hire a writer. Writers do not come free of charge – feeding your site a fresh daily diet of words; works out to be expensive in the long term. Writing the content yourself might also mean hiring a writer to polish the turds of your efforts; to turn them into something that will positively impact the bottom line.

Regular, informative updates are essential for any weblog success, but the million dollar question is “how can this be made easier?” Automate blog software is the answer in the case of this particular eternal question, and could be just what you have been praying for. It keeps writing fresh, well fed, and also has the ability to send ratings sky-rocketing.

Intuitive, user-friendly software is designed to made a powerful impact and because it’s so easy to use, may be accessed from anywhere at any time, all that’s needed is an internet connection.

Weblogs are a simple, efficient, as well as accepted way to market products online, by generating money-spinning, targeted traffic. But and there is always a ‘but’, they have got to be managed correctly, with the emphasis on “managed”. When we automate blog content, this keeps material viable with only a little input from the user.

It uses RSS feeds as sources, which it employs and reformats, into current content to post. Very little intervention is required on the part of the blog owner, and this content still has the impact of powering a blog in overdrive. It is an extremely valuable resource for saving both time and money, while still remaining flexible about how content is used and presented.

Not having to pay a writer, or consume your own valuable time writing, can have a massive impact on the bottom line. For an owner with multiple blogs to manage, both time and expense are generally better put to use by building the business.
